Contemporary design, spacious floor plans and extra half baths in every unit combine to create an all-around superior living experience. These are not just luxury apartments, they are luxury homes.

One-story floor plans include one-bedroom/1.5 bath units with dens and attached one-car garages, as well as two-bedroom/2.5 bath units with two car garages. Some of the two-bedroom units have dens. All units have attached garages, 13-foot ceilings in the great room, nine-foot ceilings throughout the remainder of the living space, wood laminate flooring and ceramic tile in master bathrooms, walk-in closets, fully equipped gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, mud rooms and outdoor patios. Every apartment has two private outdoor spaces--a patio or deck in the back and a porch outside the front door. All units have an extra half bath “powder room” and some have dens.

On-Site Management and Concierge Services

“Proactive” describes the Treplus style of service provision. Proactive means anticipating and tailoring services around residents’ busy lifestyles. Our team members and service partners help in many ways:

1. Dedicated onsite management and maintenance staff are attentive and responsive. Our staff can assist with package receiving; connections to area resources and home checks for residents who travel, including stocking the fridge and pantry for residents upon their return home from a trip.

2. An events coordinator is part of our team to help organize social events, activities and programs according to the interests and desires of the resident community.
